The Auditor’s General report shown ghost names which were in the major institutions of Ghana receiving huge sums of salaries. Shockingly ,the first scandal which popped up from the Finance Ministry/GRA, Mr. Habibu Adam.He was a Parliamentary Candidate of the NPP. The Auditor General noted these members had no original staff ID’s, performed no work yet with receivable accounts and paid at the end of every month.
