Most of the times ,it isn’t hunger that makes us strive for food, but with intension to gain weight. Our African foods like  pounded cassava with plantain and soup, cocoyam ,rice and veggies are consumed a lot.Why you are growing slimmer

On the contrary it tends upside being ignorant of the fact these  foods rather that slims your body weight.

These are reasons you are growing slimmer.

Weight loss can result from a decrease in body fluid, muscle mass, or fat.

Why you are growing slimmerA decrease in body fluid can come from medications, fluid loss, lack of fluid intake, or illnesses such as diabetes.  You can decrease in body by exercising and dieting, such as for overweight or obesity.

To the previous notes, foods like Beans . They  look so nutritious but reduces body weight. More examples are :Soup ,Dark Chocolate, Pureed Vegetables. Eggs and Sausage ,Nuts, Apples, Yogurt. These foods make you loose a lot of weight.  In addition, not resting. Take a break if  you’re in a stressful work . Make time to sleep for long hours to maintain your body.
