Most of the times ,it isn’t hunger that makes us strive for food, but with intension to gain weight. Our African foods like pounded cassava with plantain and soup, cocoyam ,rice and veggies are consumed a lot.
On the contrary it tends upside being ignorant of the fact these foods rather that slims your body weight.
