Since collaborating with Ella Mai on the Mustard-produced “This X-Mas” for his deluxe album, Heartbreak on a Full Moon – Cuffing Season: 12 Days of Christmas, in 2017, Breezy hasn’t released any holiday music.
Prior to that, in 2007, for the film This Christmas, in which he co-starred with Idris Elba, Loretta Devine, and Regina King, he covered Donny Hathaway’s “This Christmas.”
Breezy was nominated for a Grammy earlier this week for Best R&B Album (Deluxe). “Under the Influence” is still climbing the charts in the meantime. At the moment, it is ranked number 32 on the Billboard Hot 100.
