“We have already won” – Jimmy Odukoya ‘declares’ for Super Eagles ahead of semi-finals clash against South Africa

Jimmy Odukoya, senior pastor of the Fountain of Life Church, offers up ardent prayers for Nigeria’s Super Eagles as they take on South Africa in today’s AFCON semifinal match.

Since defeating Angola on February 2 to advance to the semi-finals of the 2017 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) games, the Super Eagles have experienced an exciting ride.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will be trying to get to the finals if they defeat South Africa today.

A devout fan named Jimmy Odukoya announced on social media that the Super Eagles had already won the game as he prayed for them.

He claims that although the Bafana Bafana team from South Africa wants to be seated at the elders’ table, they must remember that this is football not Rugby or Cricket.

He ardently prayed for the Super Eagles’ triumph while yelling the names of a few teammates.
