A video that has surfaced online shows the throwback moment the late Access Bank CEO, Herbert Wigwe promised to build a world-class university before his sad demise.

It would be recalled that the mogul, along with his wife and son, died in a tragic helicopter accident.

A video that has surfaced online shows the moment Herbert Wigwe, who hailed from Rivers State, addressed his people while carrying out a university project for his people.
