Shatta Wale Gets Advice From Sammy Flex About His Concert, in-Depth

Shatta Wale, real name Charles Nii Armah Mensah, has responded to a letter from one of his management members, Sammy Flex, over the cancellation of his Freedom Wave Concert this year at the Accra Sports Stadium. Sammy Flex requested the dancehall star to cancel the event for the sake of everyone’ s safety in the letter. Sammy Flex also cited escalating political tensions and the venue’ s allocation to another performer as grounds to consider other options. He expressed anxiety that these things might interrupt the event and make Shatta Wale’ s staff and fans uncomfortable.
