A young Nigerian woman was tragically killed while visiting her boyfriend, prompting her heartbroken mother to demand justice.

The 22-year-old woman owned a pharmacist business and gave medical aid to people both in-store and at home. However, her life took a tragic turn when she went to see a man named Charles on Sunday and never returned.

The woman’s mother voiced her grief at the loss of her only daughter, emphasising that she had been raised with love and care.

According to the woman’s stepfather, Charles claimed to have purchased pepper soup for her, but she became asleep after eating it.

Charles hurried her to the Edochie Clinic in Awaka, Owerri North, where a doctor pronounced her dead.
