Some netizens took offence at Mr Joseph Aloba, the late singer Mohbad’s father for wearing his son’s clothes in recent times.

He addressed the matter in a TikTok video in reaction to the criticism, saying that since Mohbad was his child, he had every right to wear his clothes.

He dismissed the criticism, saying that he and the rapper wear clothes that are the same size, in an interview with TikTok influencer @kachi_wire_.

Aloba encouraged his detractors to keep talking, stressing that he is not sidetracked by rumors and is intent on pursuing justice for his son.

Joseph Aloba said; “Mohbad is my son and I can wear his clothes, we both wear the same size of clothes, anybody that doesn’t like the fact that I am wearing my late son’s clothes is free to say whatever they like, my only focus right now is To get justice for my late son”.

Meanwhile, the Lagos State Police Command has concluded its investigation into the death of Mohbad.

In an interim report released a few days ago, the police revealed their findings on the circumstances surrounding the singer’s demise on September 12.

The investigation, conducted by the Special Investigation Team, spanned two weeks and shed light on the events leading to Mohbad’s tragic end.

According to the report, it was determined that an injury sustained during a fight with his childhood friend, Prime Boy, ultimately caused Mohbad’s death.

The prime suspect, in this case, is an Auxiliary Nurse named Miss Fisayo Ogedengbe, who confessed during interrogation that the injection she administered to Mohbad triggered a fatal reaction.

The nurse admitted to administering Tetanus Toxoid, Paracetamol (IV), and Ceftriaxone injection (IV) at Mohbad’s residence on September 12, 2023.

These injections resulted in adverse reactions such as vomiting, goosebumps, and convulsions, ultimately leading to the singer’s demise.

Additionally, the police investigation revealed that Mohbad had been assaulted and bullied by Abdulazeez Fashola (a.k.a Naira Marley) and Samson Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry.
