In a startling revelation, 26-year-old Muluwork Ambaw from Jimma, Ethiopia, has claimed that she has not consumed any food or water for the past 16 years, maintaining perfect health despite this extraordinary assertion.

Her story, which has gone viral following the release of a video, has baffled medical professionals and drawn widespread attention.

Muluwork, a mother of one, stated that her last meal was a lentil stew at the age of ten. Since then, she claims to have lost all appetite for both food and water. “I used to pretend I had eaten when my family asked, but I truly had no desire to eat or drink,” she recounted.

Her claims have prompted extensive medical examinations in India, Qatar, and Dubai, yet no explanation has been found. Tests reportedly revealed no presence of food, water, or waste products in her digestive tract over a three-year period, indicating a complete lack of consumption and waste production. Muluwork said, “The only reason I go to the bathroom is to wash my body. I haven’t used the toilet for 16 years.”

When Muluwork became pregnant, she received glucose infusions to sustain her energy needs. Unable to breastfeed due to lack of milk production, her child was fed with artificial milk. She attributes her condition to divine intervention, stating, “This is the work of God.”

Addressing skeptics who doubt her story, Muluwork invites them to stay with her to witness firsthand her claimed lack of need for food or water.
