Her post reads: “Ended a relationship of 8 months once because I went for a job interview and a week went by without him asking me how it went.”

The revelation has elicited mixed reactions. Some users applauded her decision, agreeing that a partner’s lack of interest in significant aspects of one’s life is a valid reason for a breakup. Others, however, believe she overreacted and suggest that the decision to end the relationship was too harsh.
