Lime is a citrus fruit, which is typically round, green in color. Lime contain lots of properties that function greatly to human. With it’s shape , texture and taste, it is considered as lemon. Meanwhile, they are different varieties.

Limes are small, round, and green, while lemons are usually larger, oval-shaped, and bright yellow. But in Ghana , most are green in color.

Nutritionally, they’re almost identical and share many of the same potential health benefits. Both fruits are acidic and sour, but lemons tend to be sweeter, while limes have a more bitter flavor.

The importance of lime juice on your menstrual cycles.

Every lady ( reaching an ovulation stage) , is bound have a menstrual cycle. They happen because the eggs produced by the ovaries weren’t fertilsed . However, they break down in a form of blood clot and appear out.  This shouldn’t be seen by other people. However, technology has brought some mediums to hinder this from any other eye. Thus wearing of sanitary pads.

The human system is like a machine  performing lots of activities hence have bad engines producing bad results. It may appear on your menstrual cycles. When you have an usual flow , How do you treat this.??

Get one lime fruit ,either sizes . Cut into two separate parts . Squeeze  one section into your bathing water. Wash it with the vulva ,as usual. It helps the blood flow easily.
