Ghanaian Highlife artist KiDi is strengthening the Anti-Cyber Bullying Campaign which he dubbed ‘Be Kind’ across various schools.
The artist was spotted at a school advising students at the Mary Mother of Good Counsel school at Airport West in Accra on the need to accommodate diverse opinions.
The ‘Champagne for my pain’ singer who came under fierce criticism for distateful tweets he made years ago before he became a star has taken on the task of preaching anti-cyber bullying.
During his performance at the Reeperbahn Festival in Germany, he urged the crowd to be kind to everyone, thus taking it further by collaborating with representatives of the KFC brand.
“…you literally could be anybody you want to be behind your phones…I urge everybody to be kind. Be kind to each other”.
KiDi advised the pupils to be tolerant of each other and accommodate opposing views with kindness and understanding.
Pupils and teachers of the school acknowledged the efforts of the singer and received gifts from the KFC brand and the artist.
