Following Commanders owner Dan Snyder’s announcement that he is considering in selling the NFL franchise, TMZ reported that a collaboration between the billionaires is on the table.
According to rumors that the U.S. attorney’s office is looking into the Commanders for potential financial misdeeds, Snyder has contacted Bank of America Securities to investigate selling the franchise.
JAY-Z, the richest person in hip-hop with an estimated net worth of $1.5 billion, has expressed a serious interest in purchasing the team and has found a strategic partner in Bezos, who has a net worth of $114 billion. The Washington Post is owned by Bezos.
