He was heavily drunk – Eyewitnesses say following Funny Face’s near-fatal accident in Kasoa

Yesterday evening, a distressing incident occurred at Kasoa involving the well-known comedian Funny Face, resulting in injuries to five pedestrians.

Witnesses reported that Funny Face had been driving erratically around a roundabout while blaring music from his vehicle, before heading towards his home and colliding with a family and two motorcyclists.

Initial fears suggested a child had perished due to the severity of the injuries sustained by the victims. However, recent updates indicate that all individuals involved are currently receiving medical care and showing positive signs of recovery.

Comedian DKB, a colleague of Funny Face, arrived at the accident scene and later informed the public via social media that, fortunately, there were no fatalities. He expressed gratitude towards the Ghana Police Service for their prompt intervention, which prevented an angry mob from harming Funny Face.

The accident has sparked widespread discussion on social media, with many users expressing sympathy for Funny Face‘s mental health struggles.

The comedian has been vocal about his personal challenges, including a contentious custody dispute with his ex-partner, Vanessa Nicole. He has accused her of exacerbating his stress by limiting his access to their children.
