DumsorMustStop Demo Reload: Yvonne Nelson calls on Ghanaians to get ready to hit the street over Dumsor

Famous Ghanaian actress and filmmaker, Yvonne Nelson has announced her intention to lead another massive demonstration against dumsor just as she did in 2015 under the leadership of John Mahama.

Since the start of the year, Ghanaians have had a tough time dealing with electricity issues in the country with some parts of the country even enduring over three days of light out.

Despite the numerous pleas from Ghanaians to the Electricity Company of Ghana for a proper schedule, we are yet to see any change.

Well, actress Yvonne Nelson who in 2015 led the street to organize a massive demonstration against the government over same issue has dropped a tweet calling on Ghanaians to get their shoes ready for another demonstration.

According to her, the NPP government led by President Akufo-Addo has taken Ghanaians for granted and its time to do the needful.

“Imani Ghana, can we organize another vigil? I’ve been waiting for you to reach out like you did years back. (Your team made our demo a success.) I’m reaching out myself. The NPP and its leadership @NAkufoAddo have taken Ghanaians for granted. #DUMSORMUSTSTOP.”
