Don’t label me a ‘crossdresser’ because I am a full woman – Bobrisky says after having gender-change surgery

Bobrisky, a well-known socialite in Nigeria, recently took to social media to address a popular media outlet for referring to him as a “crossdresser.”

He clarified that following his gender change surgery, he should now be identified as a trans woman. Bobrisky explained the differences between a crossdresser, a transgender individual, and a trans woman to dispel any confusion about his identity.

He emphasized that a crossdresser is a man who has not undergone any surgeries and simply dresses in women’s clothing, while a transgender individual has undergone various surgeries to transition to a woman but may still have male genitalia.

On the other hand, a trans woman is a woman who was assigned male at birth and has undergone surgeries to fully transition to a female body.

Bobrisky made it clear that he is a trans woman and no longer has male genitalia.

By providing this clarification, Bobrisky aimed to educate people on the differences between these terms and ensure that he is referred to correctly.
