Nigerian Afrobeat sensation Ayra Starr recently revealed in a viral interview how she resisted the temptation to purchase a coveted expensive purse due to her mother’s disapproval.

Despite her financial capacity, the Grammy-nominated singer shared anecdotes about her mother’s watchful eye, particularly when she ventures out late for shows, with phone calls reaching not only her but everyone in her vicinity.
