Desiigner declares his retirement from rap, following the passing of Takeoff.

Desiigner’s life has changed as a result of the passing of Takeoff.

The “Panda” hitmaker announced his retirement from rap in the wake of the tragedy.

Desiigner expressed his sorrow for the death of the Migos rapper, who was shot and killed outside a bowling alley in Houston on Tuesday morning, in an emotional Instagram Live.

The hip-hop scene was hard-hit by Takeoff’s passing. Ja Rule and Boosie Badazz expressed concern for the safety of rappers, and Rick Ross, Meek Mill, French Montana, and Chance the Rapper also sent tributes on social media.
