Chef introduces yellow garri pizza to the world, drops video of how it looks and taste

A young Nigerian chef is revolutionizing traditional cuisine by creating a mouthwatering pizza using yellow garri.

The chef, known on TikTok as @pamelakitch, shared a step-by-step guide for her innovative recipe.

Instead of the usual wheat-based dough, she uses cassava flakes, commonly known as garri, to create the pizza base. In the video, she mixes yellow garri in a bowl until it rises, then blends it with salt and baking powder. The mixture is baked at high heat for several minutes.
