Crisely Blay Since the country launched the “Year of Return” project in 2019, Ghana has gradually become a “Black Mecca” for African diaspora.
Since then, the country has hosted major music festivals like Afrochella and Afronation, and the Black Star Line Festival, which will take place on January 6, 2023, in Independence Square, Accra, is the most recent one.
Ghana’s participation in the free Black Star Line Festival aims to make the country a preferred destination for Africans living abroad.
