The Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana (PSGH) has called on healthcare stakeholders to strengthen collaboration in order to improve healthcare delivery and ensure better outcomes for patients across the country.
The Society emphasized that effective partnerships among healthcare professionals, policymakers, regulatory agencies, pharmaceutical companies, and other stakeholders are essential to building a resilient and efficient healthcare system.
According to the PSGH, coordinated efforts will help improve access to quality medicines, enhance patient safety, strengthen pharmaceutical services, and address emerging challenges within Ghana’s healthcare sector.
The Society also underscored the importance of innovation, continuous professional development, and evidence-based policymaking in delivering accessible, affordable, and high-quality healthcare services to all citizens.
The appeal comes amid ongoing efforts to strengthen Ghana’s health system and promote universal health coverage, with the Society urging all stakeholders to work collectively toward achieving sustainable improvements in healthcare delivery.
The PSGH reaffirmed its commitment to supporting initiatives that advance public health and enhance the quality of pharmaceutical care nationwide.
