You run the risk of being put in a chokehold if you play with Maino.
When Maino was interviewed backstage during the Daniel’s Leather fashion show earlier this month, YouTuber Buba100x learned the hard way. Buba100x asks the Brooklyn rapper if he can borrow his chain at one point during their fight.
“Want to borrow my chain?” Maino responds, becoming increasingly agitated.
Maino placed a hand on the shoulder of Buba100x. See, you’re just talking now. He warns him, “See, I gave you the time.”
However, Buba100x appeared to miss the point and made the decision to exacerbate the situation.
“How badly do you think I could beat your ass on a scale of 1 to 10?” He pressed. But Maino wrapped his arms around the YouTuber before he could finish.
Another video that was recorded by a bystander appears to demonstrate that Maino was truly bothered and did not participate in the prank. It’s not just for the video, as I just told you. While in a chokehold, he tells Buba100x, “Don’t play with me.”
Maino insisted that it was all an act, despite the video and Buba100x’s reaction. He was questioned about the viral video during his appearance on the “Yee Tea” podcast hosted by Angela Yee.
All of it was a prank, after all. Maino asserted that it was fake. I wanted it to appear real.
Angela Yee did not appear to agree with it. She said, “It doesn’t seem like you,” before telling Maino, “I think it was a prank, but it wasn’t in advance.”
The reply from Maino was, “Sometimes we change, baby.”
His outrageous pranks have earned him over half a million YouTube subscribers. He once took Toosie’s chain and said that French Montana’s music was garbage.
