Meek Mill trips the referee during a Sixers game and apologizes.

Meek Mill is delirious.

On Monday night during the Suns vs. 76ers game at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, the rapper almost collided with a referee while sitting courtside. The awkward occurrence, which occurred during the second quarter while Devin Booker was dribbling down the court, was caught on live television.

Referee Brent Barnaky was forced to fall to the ground after Meek’s stretched-out legs came in the way of him as he ran next to the Sixers bench.

However, Doc Rivers, the Sixers coach, assisted Barnaky in standing up again. JAY-lyrics Z’s from “Empire State” were quoted by Meek in his apology to the referee and response to the incident on Twitter.

However, Doc Rivers, the Sixers coach, assisted Barnaky in standing up again. In addition to apologizing to the referee, Meek addressed the issue on Twitter by paraphrasing JAY-“Empire Z’s State of Mind” lyrics.

But Barnaky got back on his feet with some help from Sixers coach Doc Rivers. Meek apologized to the referee and addressed the incident on Twitter by quoting JAY-Z’s lyrics from “Empire State of Mind.” “Hov once said ‘I be spiked out I can trip a referee,’” Meek tweeted. “Lol I apologized to him that’s brazyyy tho 😂😂😂😂.”

Meek was sat next to Michael Rubin courtside. The CEO of Fanatics joked that Meek tried to pin the accident on him in an Instagram Story.

Meek is preparing for new music while he isn’t tripping officials. By the end of the year, his fifth mixtape Flamers is anticipated to release. With his “Meek Mill” concert, he will also commemorate the tenth anniversary of his debut album Dreams and Nightmares.
