So let’ s think of who we are as strong proud people, the shining star of Africa, and we have the capacity to do whatever we want to do if we speak one language and ensure that we share the burden in the issues ahead. ” Aside his conviction that Ghana won’ t go for any loan, the Finance Minister added that the solution to Ghana’ s economic woes is not IMF but rather to find a way to service our debts.

The good news he gave Ghanaians in 2015 was that Government and the finance Ministry under his leadership has in place all measures, policies and initiatives readily in place to build an economy beyond aid or loan. NPP in his own opinion has the men to manage the economy.
