Patricia Afriyie, the ex wife of Kwadwo Nkansah has confirmed that she cheated on the actor.
She made the confirmation while speaking in an interview with Oheneba Media.
Giving reasons as to why she did that, she said she was dying of hunger and that’s why she took the decision to cheat on Lil Win.
According to her, Lil Win only buys a bag of rice and oil and added only GHS 200 for her and the kids to eat for over a week.

Patricia indicated that she couldn’t eat same food for over a week so she had to date another man to get money to eat.
In the video sighted by Ghlagatin , she revealed some of the nasty things Lil Win did to her when they were dating.
