The gruesome murder of Nana AMA Clark, who was a 300L student of the Cape Coast Technical University came as a huge shock to residents in Ola in Cape Coast and the entire metropolis. The deceased was killed by a non- assailant who removed her private parts and dumped her body at Ola estate in Cape Coast.
The nature of her death was however suspected to be a ritual murder but the police are yet to confirm that as they say investigations are ongoing.
However, the boyfriend of the deceased has been apprehended by the police and is currently in police custody to assist in further investigations into the heartbreaking death of the deceased.

In addition to this, the student body at CCTU also took the opportunity to hold a vigil for the late, AMA Clark as the HOD of marketing expressed his immense worry over the unexpected demise of the student. ” The student community is definitely very sad about the events on Friday.
So, the student body decided to organize a vigil. Being the Head of the Department, I took part just to comfort them. We are all grieving and I think it was appropriate to do that; it was the right thing to do” , the head of the marketing department, Emmanuel Horsu emphatically stated.
In addition to this, the management of CCTU has called on the Ghana Police service to expedite action on its investigation of the untimely death of the deceased, Naba AMA Clark, and bring the perpetrators to book.
