JOB VACANCY: Ghana Armed Forces Starts Recruitment For 2022- Check Requirements

The Ghana Armed Forces led by the Commander In Chief, His Excellency Nana Akufo Addo has opened it doors to recruit officers for 2022 enlistment period.

The announcement was made in a news article published by the Daily Guide Newspaper on Monday, 16th May, 2022. Officially Ghana Armed Forces opened it portal to take online applications on Monday, 16th May and the closing date for the online submission is Sunday, July 10, 2022.

Interested applicants can purchase scratch to get access to the online portals for a fee. Scratch cards for the online application are on sale at GH¢300 at Ghana Post offices across the country. The portal for the online application, http: //apply. mil. gh, has also been activated.

Interested applicants are supposed to be 18 years and above but not more than 26 years of age by January, 2023. Married men and women are not eligible to apply and one must be a citizen of Ghana without owing allegiance to other countries.

Men are to have at least a height of 5. 6 feet and women 5. 4″ . Aside having a good character and no criminal records, you must be medically fit per the standards set by the Ghana Armed Forces.

For those applying for military police, you must have at least credit passes (C6) in both B. E. C. E and WASCE. Similarly, individuals eyeing for a spot in the infantry should at least have a first degree certificate.

A statement which was signed by the Director of Public Relation, Ghana Navy, Captain Micheal Addo Larbi and republished in the newspaper has cautioned interested applications to be wary of persons who pose as middlemen with the promise to help them join the Force. The Ghana Armed Forces would like to emphasize that their recruitment is not done through middlemen neither on protocol basis therefore anyone who attempt to enlist you with the claim of protocol is a fraudster.
