The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of STC and prominent member of the ruling party, NPP has recently come out to descend massively on the former President, John Mahama over his interview claiming Bawumia has no right to criticize him because the Vice President has never been President.
Speaking in a recent interview on ” Good Morning Ghana” show, on Metro Television, the renowned member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and CEO of STC, Nana Akomea revealed that, the former President and flag bearer of the largest opposition party, NDC, John Mahama told Ghanaians not to criticize him because no Ghanaian has ever been President unlike Kufour and the late, Jerry John Rawlings.

” You have a government that is able to look Ghanaians into the face and tell them that you cannot criticize them because you haven’ t been President before. If you tell Bawumia that he cannot criticize you or talk about you because he hasn’ t been President before; this is the situation we have on our hands as Ghanaians.
He told Bawumia that he can’ t criticize him not because Bawumia is not qualified but he said Bawumia has not been President before.
He mentioned the only people whose criticism he will take, he mentioned Kufour and Rawlings. Mahama told us not to criticize him because we haven’ t been President before” , the CEO of STC, Nana Akomea emphatically revealed.
