” Mahama and the NDC will win the elections in 2024. The electoral commission, which could agree to conspire with other political parties to deny us success, is the only danger. This time, take note of my warning: if state security forces do not verify neutrality, the NDC will take action in 2024.

For the NDC, 2024 is a make- or- break year, and all we want is for the people’ s sovereign will to triumph. ” Haruna Iddrisu made a daring declaration on GH One TV. Haruna Iddrisu, the minority leader, has openly shared a satisfactory message regarding the Supreme Court’ s recent ruling on the E- levy dispute filed before it.

The Minority’ s motion for an interculatory order on the E- levy enactment was found null and void by the Supreme Court in a 7- 0 decision. While responding to the Supreme Court’ s decision, the Minority Leader boldly stated that while they did not agree with the Supreme Court’ s overall decision, they did agree with the last part.

The GRA should protect and maintain the revenue from the E- levy, according to the last part of the Court’ s decision.

“Of course, the Supreme Court’s decisions on the E-Levy injunction did not sit we with us. The good news is that the Ghana Revenue Authority has been directed by the Supreme Court to preserve and keep the earnings from the E-Levy.
