CEO of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah says he is not on the VGMA board.
After his artistes KiDi and Kuami Eugene won awards at the VGMA’s there has been a perception that he is part of the board members and has been routing for his artistes to win the awards.
Richie has been quiet over the allegation but has finally spoken about it.
In a post sighted, he said he has been on the board only once in his lifetime.
According to him, when he was called to be on the board in 2013, the organizers told him they do not allow anyone who has an affiliation with a nominated artiste to be on the board.
Richie Mensah explained that he did not release any artist at that time so they invited him to become a board member in 2014.
He went on to say that after this, it’s been Kuami Eugene and KiDi so they have not invited him again.
