Kumawood actor and a member of the opposition NDC, Mr Clement Bonney popularly known in the movie industry as Mr. Beautiful has critically analysed some economic issues ongoing in Ghana and also the state we are in as a nation.

First of all, Mr. Beautiful touched on the excessive borrowing in the Akufo Addo led administration adding that the President has borrowed more than anyone but has nothing to show for.
” In the history of Ghana, Nana Addo has borrowed huge sums of money but has wasted all those monies frivolously” .
Owing to the fact that, His Excellency Nana Akufo Addo has borrowed to a tune of 138 billion cedis since he came into office in 2017 as compared to the amount borrowed by previous governments.

The next item on his agenda was the E- levy. In his opinion, the E- levy is one of the absolute nonsense of a policy he has ever seen in Ghana seeing it as a loot and share policy.
