Former Black Stars player, Nii Odartey Lamptey has received good news after 9 years of divorcing his ex-wife.
It can be recalled that his ex wife identified as Mrs Gloria Lamptey took over the footballer’s five bedroom house after Court ruled in her favor.
When a DNA report claimed Odartey’s 3 children are not his real children and the Mrs Gloria cheated, the matter was taken to court again and this time, ruled on Odartey’s favor to take over the mansion.
His ex wife filed for an appeal to get back the five bedroom house but an Accra Court has finally ruled that Odartey Lamptey can take possession of the five bedroom house tomorrow.
Mr Lamptey who has been renting since 2014 in an interview with Saddick Adams on Angel TV this morning said despite his ex wife’s refusal to vacate the house, he is moving into it tomorrow.
According to him, the last time he stepped foot into that house was when he was given just an hour to pack out his stuffs after he divorced.
Odartey Lamptey indicated that he only took some few cloths and his car on that faithful day.
He claimed he is very happy to receive the mansion back.
“This is a house I bought for $100,000 around 1998/1999 while playing in Germany so you can imagine. I was given 40 minutes to leave the house when my ex-wife filed for divorce. I’m extremely happy at this new ruling”
