The Ashanti Regional chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi Boasiako popularly known as Chairman Wontumi has reportedly submitted his bid to buy Chelsea Football Club based in England.
The Club has been put up for sale following Russia’s attack on Ukraine.
Chairman Wontumi who owns businesses in Ghana has submitted a bid of $3.1b to buy the Chelsea Football Club.
