- 2 chopped Boiled Eggs
- 2 chopped Boiled Carrots
- ¼ Cup of Boiled or Canned Green Peas
- ½ Table Spoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ Table Spoon Fresh Parsley
- 1 Table Spoon Parmesan Cheese
In a large bowl, put your chopped boiled carrots, eggs, and green peas. Add 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese, ½ tablespoon of fresh parsley, ½ tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and mix all up.
